INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Who we are
Bos Group International is a family owned company based in Weert, Netherlands. The company is specialized in footwear, sports and lifestyle brands and both active in Wholesale and Retail.
Maruti is a growing footwear and lifestyle brand that is founded in the Netherlands. At Maruti we strive for something special, just that little bit extra. The brand is known for its iconic silhouettes and its ‘touch of animal’.
Australian is an established footwear brand in the Benelux and wants to expend its success internationally. Australian Footwear markets quality footwear for reasonable prices in close collaboration with its resellers.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Sales Manager to create further growth in Germany, Denmark, Sweden and the UK for the brands Maruti and Australian Footwear. The sales manager will be responsible to execute the long-term sales objectives outside of the Benelux.
Your markets will be:
- Responsible for the total sales of the 2 brands outside the Benelux
- Visit and create new business with international key accounts
- Create and implement sales strategy
- Coordinate and execute price strategy
- Responsible for margin and margin calculation
- Prepare long term key account business plans
- Make yearly sales calendar
- Provide commercial feedback to brand and product management
- Develop marketing support per country in cooperation with the brand manager
- Bring the agents and sales reps to a higher level
- Negotiate with key accounts for pricing, discounts, claims etc.
What we’re looking for
- BA work- and think level
- Great international key-account network in the footwear business
- International sales experience in Footwear
- Good communicator (verbal and in writing)
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Preferable also in German and French
- Excellent salesperson with good strategy knowledge
- Likes to travel
- Hands on mentality
- Good presentation skills
- Passion for Retail and Wholesale footwear
- Passionate drive to succeed
- Takes initiative, pro-active
- Good contact skills
- Team player
- Stress resistant
